Secretary
The secretarial duties of a Technical Committee are officially the Chair's responsibility but can be delegated to another person. General duties and procedures for secretaries are outlined in Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised; specific responsibilities at OASIS include the following:
- Take meeting minutes and ensure that minutes are posted to the e-mail list (can be in the body of the message, as an attachment, or an upload notification) and approved at the next quorate meeting
- Conduct roll call, record attendance, and maintain the Technical Committee membership roster based on OASIS membership rules.
